📍 Delivery Area
We currently deliver only within our defined delivery zones. You can check if your location is serviceable directly on our website by entering your address or using the "Use My Location" option.
Orders placed from outside the serviceable area will not be accepted. We are actively working to expand our delivery zones.
⏰ Delivery Time
🌅 All deliveries are made by 10:00 AM every morning — so your puja starts fresh and on time.
- Deliveries begin early morning and are completed by 10:00 AM.
- Exact delivery time within that window depends on the route and number of orders.
- If you are not available, the flowers will be left at your door.
💰 Delivery Charges
✅ Your Rule (Simplified)
- Base charge = ₹10
- For every additional item/quantity → +₹5

Delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout before payment. Subscription plan prices are exclusive of delivery charges unless stated otherwise.
🚫 Delivery Suspension — Force Majeure
Riddhi Siddhi Florals reserves the right to suspend or delay delivery on any day due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include:
- Government Restrictions: Curfew, Section 144, area lockdowns, or any government order restricting movement in our delivery zone
- Heavy Rainfall: Extreme weather making delivery unsafe or operationally impossible
- Natural Disasters: Floods, earthquakes, storms, or other natural calamities
- Public Unrest: Bandh, riots, protests, or civil disturbances affecting our delivery routes
- Declared Holidays: National or state holidays declared at short notice that impact supply or logistics
- Supplier Disruption: Non-availability of fresh flowers at the market due to any external reason
⚠️ No refund or compensation will be provided for deliveries suspended due to the above reasons. We will make every effort to inform affected customers in advance via WhatsApp or phone call.
For subscription customers, missed days due to force majeure will not be added to the subscription period or compensated.
📦 Packaging
- Flowers are packed in a way that keeps them fresh during transit.
- We use minimal and eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.
- Garlands and loose flowers are packed separately to avoid damage.
📱 Delivery Updates
- An order confirmation is sent to your email (if provided) immediately after booking.
- In case of any delivery delay or issue, our team will contact you on the phone number provided.

🔄 Missed Delivery
- If our delivery agent cannot locate your address, they will call you on the registered phone number.
- If you are unreachable, the flowers will be left at your main door or given to a neighbour/security.
- We are not responsible for flowers left unattended after delivery if you were unavailable.
