📋 Agreement
By placing an order on the Riddhi Siddhi Florals website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
These terms apply to all orders — one-time (Specific Day Delivery) as well as subscription plans (monthly).
🛍️ Orders & Booking
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Once an order is placed and payment is received, the booking is considered final and binding.
- Order details (item, quantity, delivery date, address) cannot be changed after booking.
- You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at the time of ordering.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the delivery address falls outside our serviceable area.
❌ Refund & Cancellation
⚠️ One-Time Orders: All one-time orders are final. Once payment is confirmed, no cancellation and no refund will be applicable under any circumstances.
- One-Time Orders: Cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment is completed.
- Subscription Plans: Cancellation is allowed only if requested at least 1 day prior to the subscription start date. In such cases, only 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- No cancellation or refund will be accepted after the subscription has started.
- In case of a genuine delivery failure on our part, we will attempt re-delivery or provide a replacement at our sole discretion.
- If payment was deducted but order was not confirmed in our system, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

🚚 Delivery
- We deliver fresh flowers daily by 10:00 AM.
- Delivery is available only within our defined serviceable zones.
- Delivery charges apply based on order quantity — starting at ₹10 for 1 item, with +₹5 for each additional item (e.g. 2 items = ₹15, 3 items = ₹20).
- Delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout before payment.
- In case of government restrictions, heavy rainfall, natural disasters, public curfew, or any force majeure event, delivery may be delayed or suspended for that day. No refund or compensation will be issued for such days.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our agent will leave the order at your door.

🌸 Product Quality
- All flowers are fresh and sourced daily from the local market.
- Natural variation in flower size, color, and fragrance may occur — this is not a defect.
- If you receive a significantly damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo as proof.
💳 Payments
- All payments are processed via Razorpay — a secure, RBI-regulated payment gateway.
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
- Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown clearly before you complete the payment.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
Riddhi Siddhi Florals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for losses arising due to events beyond our reasonable control — including government orders, natural calamities, strikes, or civil unrest.
✏️ Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
